1. Data Storage & Privacy Model

Linerly operates with a local-first privacy model. Your client data, photos, financial records, and all other information you input into the App are stored locally on your device.

We do not have access to your data. We do not store your client information or photos on our servers. You maintain full ownership and control over your data.

2. Face Data Collection and Usage

Linerly uses Apple's Vision framework and on-device machine learning to provide its core beauty analysis features. To comply with privacy standards, we transparently disclose our handling of Face Data:

• What Face Data is collected? We collect facial feature data, including the position of eyes, nose, mouth, and facial contours (landmarks), from the photos you select for analysis.
• How is Face Data used? This data is used exclusively to calculate facial symmetry, proportions (such as the Golden Ratio), and to render augmented reality overlays for eyebrow and eyelash style recommendations.
• Data Storage and Sharing: All Face Data is processed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or share your Face Data with any external servers or third parties.
• Retention: Face Data is processed in real-time. If a photo is saved to a client profile, the underlying Face Data is not separately retained after the analysis is complete, although the original photo remains stored locally on your device until you delete it.

3. External Services & Backups

Since data is stored locally, you are responsible for backing up your data. If you use third-party backup services (such as iCloud, Google Drive) or choose to share reports via email or social media, those actions are subject to the privacy policies of those respective third-party services.
